Facilities
The building was constructed in 1997 as a satellite site to the Victoria Community club. The club site features two full-size hockey rinks withnight lighting; outdoor tennis courts; soccer field; half size outdoor basketball court; multipurpose room (available for rent at reasonable rates. Email facility@lindenwoods.cc for details)The canteen in the Linden Woods community centre is located just inside and to the left of the front door. It has two metal roll-up windows, one opening onto the main entrance and viewing area, and the other opening onto the multi-purpose room.
The canteen is equiped with a double stainless steel sink, stove (with oven), microwave, refrigerator/freezer, drink cooler, automatic drip coffeemaker, popcorn machine, and Slush Puppie machine. It is air conditioned during the summer months.
It is not licensed as a full-service food handling establishment, and therefore is limited in the products that can be sold. Items sold include Slush Puppies, popcorn, chips, chocolate bars, candies, canned drinks, cup of noodles, cup of soup, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sunflower seeds.
Hours of operation are irregular, depending on the availability of volunteers, funding for student employees, and events and activities at the centre.

The following is some general information about our Multi-Purpose Room:
- Maximum capacity 80 people
- Attached kitchen facility/canteen available for an additional $30
- Extra-Large Propane Barbeque (incl. Utensils) available for an additional $30. Renter to provide propane tank
- Wheelchair accessible
- Approved facility to have alcohol-related events. Renter required to purchase Occasional Permit from the MLCC.
The rental costs vary according to your event. Please contact Tammy Posillipo at 339-6611 or rent@lindenwoods.cc. Payment and completed rental contract must be received two weeks before scheduled event. The Damage Deposit must be in the form of cash.
A non-refundable booking deposit, which will be applied to the rental fee, is required for all hall bookings.
